Bars are 1-1/4 inch heavy duty steel tubing with powder coated protection and can disconnect into multiple pieces for easy storage. The 4 wheel dolly has 2 fixed rigid casters for easy directional steering and 2 swivel-brake casters that can lock in place on unleveled ground.
